But you don't pay that amount. The amount listed above is the face value of the cards. Luckily for you and me the cards come in different prices depending on your budget: You only pay $99, $199, $599, $999, $1,599 and $1,999. :>)

Let's say you purchase the $1,999 Condo Concierge Card: You book your One Week stay on their website and the Suggested Retail Price of your Condo reads $1700.00. When you have a Condo Card they simply take $600.00 off the Suggested Retail Price and you pay the difference. In this example here's how it would look. $1,700 - $600 = $1,100.

Here is the really cool part. When you return home from your four and five star vacation you simply submit your one time REBATE request for $800.

Your Out of Pocket = ONLY $300

But here is the cool thing. You may use the card 9 more times and still save $600 each time you use the card by taking $600 off the Condos SRP. I did find out the terms of the rebate and here they are:

Terms of Rebate:

Rebate cannot exceed the "amount paid" for the Condo after applying the "Discount from Search Engine" price. Only 1 Rebate per card will be allowed. All travel MUST be booked using the CTC Travel Center search engine that corresponds to the Condo bookings.
